My Journey

 I have always loved being in nature. I spent my childhood playing in the fields and climbing trees. I had many different animals, and became passionate about animal welfare. I loved observing wildlife and taking photographs of animals and trees.

I began a spiritual journey many years ago, studying meditation, psychic development, Reiki, Massage, Sound healing, Psychotherapy and Life coaching.  I later went on to study Art therapy, Nature based therapy, and Somatic therapy, as well as Breathwork.

I spend a lot of time outdoors, walking my dogs, foraging for medicinal plants and herbs, hugging trees, exploring the woods and fields, and absorbing the suns rays.

My aim at Restore in Nature, is to bring the healing power of the great outdoors and combine it with other healing modalities. My workshops and sessions are designed to connect individuals with nature through meditation, sound healing, movement, breathwork, and forest bathing. My holistic approach focuses on nurturing the mind, body, and spirit, fostering personal growth and well-being in serene outdoor environments.
